The same holds true for Marcio, our founder who immigrated to the United States, Brazilian-born and highly driven, he had a desire to own his own business, but first, he washed dishes and delivered pizzas.
Marcio’s determination and entrepreneurial drive led to him establishing his dealership in 1999.
Initially focused on just selling, Marcio’s insatiable desire to learn led to a shift and re-focus—revolutionizing the company and its culture first.
The undeniable philosophy that in order to successfully grow the company, he needed to treat employees like customers, and customers like employees.
